The versatile DU Table is a strong and adjustable dining table, with a flippable desktop; ideal for everyday or special occasions. The frame, which references the studio’s architectural background, uses overlapping steel tubes that are fused by brazing for seamless joints — a process common in bicycle manufacturing.
The table top can either be finished in Furniture Linoleum or Fenix on both sides, with wengé hardwood edges. There is also an option for a solid hardwood table top in cherry, oak, beech or walnut wood
A note on materials: Linoleum while being soft, is also a very hard wearing and durable material. It ages beautifully, developing a patina on the surface over time.
Fenix has a very matte surface material which has heatproof, lightfast anti-bacterial, fingerprint-proof and dust-repellent properties, as well as a resistance to impact and scratching.
